We deliver end-to-end project support tailored to client needs, combining technical precision with creativity and purpose. At NEBRAS, we don’t just build structures—we create intelligent, sustainable environments that enable communities to thrive and evolve.

Position Overview

As a Senior Technical Architect at NEBRAS, you will be a vital member of our Technical Office team, reporting directly to the Technical Manager – Architectural. You will be responsible for coordinating all architectural technical aspects across disciplines—ensuring quality, compliance, and constructability from concept through construction.

This role is ideal for a technically driven architect with extensive experience in main contractor environments, a passion for detail, and the ability to bridge design intent with real-world execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural shop drawings in accordance with project specifications and design intent.

  • Conduct detailed reviews of IFC drawings and identify inconsistencies or design conflicts, raising RFIs as needed.

  • Coordinate closely with Structural, MEP, and Interior Design (ID) teams to ensure integrated, clash-free designs.

  • Support the preparation of material submittals, technical documentation, and approval packages.

  • Assist construction teams with precise technical clarifications and resolutions to on-site challenges.

  • Review and ensure alignment of subcontractor/shop drawings with the overall project requirements.

  • Develop as-built drawings that reflect actual site conditions and modifications.

  • Participate in value engineering exercises and support optimization of design-to-construction workflows.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

  • 15+ years of total experience, including 10+ years in a Technical Office role with main contractors.

  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, technical detailing, and site coordination.

  • Proven expertise in the preparation of shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submissions.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM experience is a plus), and the MS Office Suite.

  • Strong understanding of architectural codes, technical specifications, and project documentation.

  • Skilled in cross-disciplinary coordination, especially with Structural, MEP, and ID teams.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
