We are looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager Benelux and Nordics (TAM), Post-Sales based in The Netherlands to join the Benelux & Nordics team.
In this role you will be responsible for actively managing the post sales process with a set of High-End Enterprise-level customers. The ultimate goal is customer satisfaction and success whilst developing up- and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth. You will manage the C-level engagement as well as the business sales processes.
The Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) articulates the company's technology and product positioning to both business and technical users and are able to identify all technical and business issues of assigned largest accounts in the region to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
Responsibilities:
Manage a limited set of high-end customer accounts, owning the entire commercial and technical relationship
Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers, from C-level to frontline-technical staff, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and providing guidance and support as needed to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
Monitor and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth within the customer base.
Convey customer requirements to Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams
Respond to customer questions on technical and business related issues
Deliver high-level and detailed sales & technical presentations
Responsible for attending conferences, seminars, etc
Collaborate with Regional Management and other departments to improve customer satisfaction and to grow revenue e.g. Marketing, Product Management, Sales Enablement and Sales Operations
Stay up to date on industry trends and new technologies.
Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity Enterprise Technical Account Management in Benelux & Nordics
Demonstrated track record of driving customer satisfaction, retention and revenue growth in a software or SaaS-based business.
Self-motivated with strong knowledge of and a passion for cybersecurity solutions
Specific experience with Vulnerability Management, Policy Compliance, Audit Tools, SIEM, etc is a plus.
Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
Able to travel throughout sales territory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Based in The Netherlands.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
