Jefferson Wells is partnering with our Premier Client in Kane County to hire a **Sr Tax Accountant with S-Corp, Partnership and International** tax expertise **.**
+ Location: Aurora/Naperville Area
+ Work Type: Contract to Hire or Interim Consultant
+ Compensation: $40 - $60/hour depending on experience level
+ Start Date: Around June 16
**Responsibilities**
+ Ensure accurate, timely filing of US international income tax returns and other business related filings of company and affiliates
+ Provide international tax advice and service to company its principals, affiliates and joint-venture entities
+ Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary US international taxes
+ Manage members of the tax team as they prepare components of the company's US international income tax return and other tax documents
+ Manage compliance with BEPS/Transfer Pricing requirements
+ Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the US international tax process
+ Manage and facilitate income tax audits related to international tax: preparing responses, creating schedules, etc
+ Review US international tax returns and international quarterly/annual tax projections
**Qualifications**
+ Preferred Education: BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting
+ 5-10 years of experience in related field is preferred
+ Extensive individual/corporate/partnership tax knowledge
+ Knowledge of tax code, compliance and procedures for S- corporations and partnerships
+ Familiarity with U.S. federal and US international tax reporting requirements
+ Familiarity with SAP, Corptax, and research tools
