As a Sr. Talent Strategy Coordinator for Wejungo® you will have the opportunity to help support companies small to large in 28 different states and across various industries. This position allows for you to work remotely 90% of the time with required 10% in person commitment for team meetings, client meetings and events. In this position you will build skills and knowledge in the world of talent acquisition, talent management and HR strategy.

COMPENSATION RANGE: Pay range for this full time position, which requires prior experience is $27 - $30/hour

Essential Job Functions may include:

  • In the first 2 weeks, successfully completes LinkedIn and ATS/CRM training and is 85% efficient on all company systems.
  • In the first 30 days, learns, understands and is able to articulate the complete company messaging and service lines, and is confident in screening resumes & intake answers, performing phone interviews, writing weekly sourcing summaries for clients, recommending top tier candidates and communicating with clients in a professional & timely manner..
  • Assists and coordinates various consulting projects to help support the team.
  • Within the 1st month, knows all employees’ roles & functions & establishes a good rapport.
  • Conducts daily input of contacts, candidates and LinkedIn connections into ATS/CRM.
  • Spearheads and executes various research projects, tools and new ideas with the team to find the best solution to any company needs and challenges.
  • Manages, coordinates and conducts intake-calls with active job seekers in response to their application and/or referral from a 3rd party, to learn more about them and build Wejungo’s business, accounting for 2-4 hours per week.
  • In the first 60 days, demonstrates proficiency in writing Talent Profiles, Job Ads, and client communications with a 90% success rate.
  • Supports the team by facilitating phone interviewing and facilitating work exercises via video.
  • Supports the team in assisting with the creation of Talent Profiles and Job Ads for clients.
  • Within the first 4 months, is confidently leading 2+ strategic sourcing projects independently, asking questions as needed.
  • Supports the consulting team with projects that may include but are not limited to; researching hiring trends for clients, market intelligence on compensation trends, customer/candidate perceptions, workshops & trainings, data visualization projects and research.


Education, Skills & Experience Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this position must be able to stay organized and effectively manage their time. We are looking for an individual who has a natural skill set of professional presentation and the ability to relate to all types of individuals within minutes of a conversation and build credibility with individuals of all career levels.

  • Associates degree required. Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred. Preferred areas of emphasis in Business, Marketing, Communications, English, or Human Resources
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience working in sales, marketing, customer service, or cross functional project management required.
  • Typing speed of minimum 65 wpm with 100% accuracy (we will require immediate typing training if you are typing less than 70 wpm 100% accuracy) required.
  • Demonstrated prior experience leading client facing projects required.
  • Highly proficient with computer skills working with various office equipment, computers and various programs including MS Word, Excel, Gmail, Google, LinkedIn, managing calendars, and familiar with ATS/CRM systems required.
  • Self-driven and experience managing time efficiently and effectively required.
  • Willingness and has reliable transportation to run errands or go to clients’ offices 2-3x per month if needed required.


LOCATION: This position is mostly remote, however we do require you to be located within 75 miles of 92121 area code or 50 miles of 75243.
