About The Role

We are searching for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our APAC Talent Acquisition Team in Pune.

This is a 1-year time-limited contract position.

The Global Centre Talent Acquisition Team delivers high-quality recruitment services to DNV’s departments across all APAC countries. In this role, you will provide ongoing recruitment expertise to Business Area Senior Managers and HR Managers, ensuring the continuous improvement of our recruitment practices and hiring success. Many of our internal customers are world-leading experts in their fields. Therefore, it is critical to build and maintain strong relationships not only with candidates but also with business partners and stakeholders.

A customer-centric mindset, cultural awareness, and a willingness to go the extra mile to meet organizational goals are essential for this role. As a member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will collaborate with over 15 recruitment professionals.

To Maximize Your Chances, You Need

  • You have 5–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience recruiting for roles in the South Asia region is highly desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
  • Excellent relationship management and networking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and collaborate with various internal client groups.
  • Previous experience sourcing candidates through different social media platforms and tools.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS platforms (ORC) and sourcing tools.
