We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding/Enablement Engineer to join our Core Platform Engineering team.

In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding users to our core platform engineering toolsets and our new AI products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and provide ongoing support to users.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate user onboarding, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to effectively utilize our core platform engineering toolsets and AI products
• Provide training and support to help users grasp and apply DevOps processes and GitLab CI/CD workflows
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and support teams to address user requirements and refine the onboarding process
• Develop and maintain documentation, tutorials, and other resources to aid users in leveraging our products
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to onboarding and product usability, escalating to appropriate teams as necessary
• Collect user feedback and insights to guide product improvements and updates
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years focused on DevOps
• Deep understanding of DevOps principles and best practices
• Expertise in GitLab CI/CD workflows
• Essential cloud knowledge, with a preference for Azure
• Proficiency in Java programming
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving abilities alongside the capacity to work independently and collaboratively
• Prior exposure to user onboarding or enablement
• Proven track record of communicating and collaborating effectively with cross-departmental stakeholders
• Self-driven attitude with a dedication to continuous learning and the ability to perform well under pressure
