We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Systems Engineer to join our in-office team in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for a well-rounded IT infrastructure professional with 10+ years of experience who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work closely with a small team to support and enhance our infrastructure across a wide array of technologies. This includes VMware (vSphere, vCenter, VxRail), SAN/storage systems, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, and SharePoint. You will be responsible for leading infrastructure projects, maintaining systems and backups, troubleshooting escalated issues, and collaborating across teams to ensure the stability, scalability, and security of our IT environment.
