We are looking for an exceptional Senior Systems Analyst who can perform development, implementation and usage of Information Technology and management information systems with a focus on application integrations. Working in partnership with the business relationship managers, super-users, end-users and technical team to ensure full adoption, effective usage, and efficient deployment of our IT solutions. Effectively manage the change control process, gathering the end-user requirements, and communicating IT priorities and delivery status to the business.You Will Make an Impact By: (Responsibilities)

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business partners to understand and document integration processes and solutions
• Work closely with development team to implement and test required functionality
• Actively demonstrate a passion for continuous improvement focused on end user productivity, and enterprise process integration.
• Work with various business groups in the organization to facilitate cross-functional implementation of new or improved business process requirements for all IT-related business, financial, and operations systems critical to core organizational functions.
• Effectively manage the IT change control process, gathering the end-user requirements, preparing functional specifications and communicating IT priorities and delivery status to the business.
  
  

Skills You Bring: (Required Skills)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or other 4-year degree focusing on information technology
• 6+ years of systems analyst experience with a focus on application integrations required with 2 years of Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud or SAP PI experience preferredStrong knowledge of SQL and DDL scripting
• Strong communication skills with experience drafting technical documents
• Be dissatisfied with status quo with a thirst to introduce change
• Energetic team player with a can-do attitude
