Summary

Role: ERP Systems Administrator Location: Pittsburgh, PA Job Type: Fulltime/Permanent ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Sr. ERP System Analyst / Administrator is a key member of the Ferro Works team and has the primary responsibility for the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of our ERP system. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand their needs, configuring the ERP system to meet those needs, and ensuring the system operates efficiently and effectively. The specific key responsibilities include but are not limited to completion and or supervision of the following; · Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement. · Configure and customize ERP software to align with business needs. · Manage data migration, integration, and transformation processes, coordinating with other business teams to ensure data · requirements are met. · Provide ongoing support and development of the ERP system through user acceptance testing and end-user training. · Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP system issues. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems. · Develop and maintain documentation for ERP system processes and configurations. · Train end-users on ERP system functionalities and best practices. · Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and enhancements. · Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system. QUALIFICATIONS: · Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field is preferred. · Experience with ERP system implementation and upgrades. · Knowledge of database management and SQL. · Project management experience or certification. · IT management experience a plus · Strong implementation experience and understanding of manufacturing ERP systems, such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, · Plex, Epicor. Experience with B&L Information Systems Odyssey ERP is highly desirable and valued. · Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. · Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. · Shape company culture by carrying out agreed upon values; specifically, ethics and integrity · Regularly attend and participate in required meetings · Strong organizational skills, with the ability to perform projects with a high degree of detail · Exceptional professional attributes of self-motivation, dependability and confidentiality · Must be a result-focused team player who’s thrives in a fast-paced environment · Highly motivated, flexible and all-around great attitude on life required Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $125,000.00 per year Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Application Question(s): How many years of experience do you have in Manufacturing ERP system implementation and upgrades?
