We're looking for a skilled System Engineer to join our Infrastructure Team as part of an international consortium of leading ICT companies.

Responsibilities

As a System Engineer, your role will be vital in ensuring the stability and innovation of our operations. You will

• Provide Expert Support : Deliver L3-level technical support to operational teams.
• Solve Complex Challenges : Analyze root causes and resolve issues in collaboration with architects and customer teams
• Automate & Maintain : Enhance system processes through automation and maintain up-to-date documentation
• Contribute to Knowledge Sharing : Organize and participate in knowledge transfer sessions to empower teams
• Support Strategic Projects : Play a key role in infrastructure-related initiatives aligned with your expertise
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of ICT experience in roles such as System Engineer, SRE, or DevOps
• A Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
• Strong expertise in at least two technical domains, such as:
• Storage: HPE solutions, VEEAM, Ceph
• Virtualization: VMware
• Operating Systems: RHEL, Windows
• Networking: Cisco ACI, routing, Firewalling
• Physical Infrastructure: HPE ILO, rack systems
• Knowledge of tools like Ansible, Python, Linux Shell scripting, and GIT
• Proficiency with Ansible Tower/Automation Platform
• Familiarity with ITIL V3 principles
• An analytical mindset, a proactive attitude, and a strong focus on collaboration
• Fluency in English (C1 level)
• Availability for 75% onsite presence in Strasbourg if not based locally
• Experience with public institutions or international clients is a plus
