We're Hiring: System Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior System Architect / System Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge airborne and defense systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the system architecture and engineering of large-scale, software-driven aerospace and defense projects.
• Define end-to-end system solutions to meet project goals in terms of scope, schedule, and budget.
• Guide multidisciplinary development teams (mechanical, electrical, software, RF).
• Participate in and lead system-level design reviews, integration activities, and verification testing.
• Present technical solutions to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Maintain a broad systems view while being able to deep-dive into technical details.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or Physics – Mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience as a system architect or lead system engineer on complex, software-heavy systems – Mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in multidisciplinary system development (mechanics, electronics, software) – Mandatory.
• Previous experience in avionics or RF-based system development – Strong Advantage.
• Proven experience with system integration and design verification testing – Mandatory.
• Strong system thinking, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High-level English proficiency – reading, writing, and speaking.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with air or missile defense systems – Advantage.
• Experience with RF system development or integration – Advantage.
