What You'll Be Doing

• Design & Develop Solutions: Lead the design and development of technical solutions within the ERP system and other core software like NetSuite, WMS, and integration platforms.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to implement new features and align on requirements across enterprise systems.
• Team Leadership: Host engineering meetings, coach team members on best practices, and oversee code quality through reviews.
• Cross-functional Guidance: Provide technical insights on projects, coordinate with internal and external tech teams, and ensure well-integrated, high-performance solutions.
• Technology Excellence: Set standards for development and testing, mitigate project risks, and drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement as the "go-to" tech expert at Castlery.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other equivalent degrees with outstanding academic achievements
• Proven track records in business process and system design as Engineering Manager, Technical Product Manager, Senior System Engineer or equivalent.
• Strong command of SQL, JavaScript, Python, Git, and other popular development tools.
• Strong understanding of integration frameworks such as REST, gRPC.
• Experience with NetSuite developer tools is a plus.
• Be an effective communicator with a collaborative approach, able to lead change, solve problems, and clearly convey complex ideas in English within a diverse, multicultural team
