Assist the Project Manager in implementing new system projects, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to timelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document user requirements, ensuring clarity and understanding of project objectives.
Provide technical solutions based on user requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
Oversee the installation of new systems including POS, Kiosks, Handheld and Payment Device etc., ensuring proper configuration and integration with existing infrastructure.
Conduct comprehensive testing of systems post-installation and migration to ensure functionality and reliability.
Offer ongoing support for existing systems with external vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions to maintain system integrity and performance. Onsite support is required
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Information Management or related disciplines
3-5 years of experience in system implementation, solution design and system support
Solid experience on retails applications such as POS, Kiosks, Handheld, Payment Device and e-commerce
Familiar in retail store infrastructure and network
Experience in managing vendor(s) along the application and hardware support
Experience in API integration, Python, HTML5, in an added advantage.
Working experience in cinema business is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
Good command in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
