- Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with minimal disruption to existing IT environments.
- Perform upgrades, migrations, and expansions while safeguarding system integrity.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and user guides.
- Maintain accurate project records and provide clear documentation for end-users and support teams.
- Implement security measures to protect assets and data.
- Ensure all solutions meet industry compliance standards and regulations.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues during project execution.
- Use a systematic approach to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications of the Senior Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Senior Systems Engineer, with a history of successfully delivering complex IT projects, ideally around years.
- Expertise in systems administration, hardware configuration, software deployment, and network protocols.
- Proficiency in virtualization, cloud platforms, and containerization technologies.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
