工作职责:

Position Identification

 Position Title: Senior system development engineer – Electrical&Hybrid Drive System

 Location: Shanghai

 Report to: Senior Supervisor – Driveline Engineering

General Description

 Mainly responsible for electrical drive module system development tasks (e.g. 3in1 e-Axle) and be customer interface for technical discussion at system level.

Key Accountabilities

 Leading product space check and interface design to fulfill customer request and match demand of components level among gearbox, motor and invertor

 Responsible for updating compliance matrix and keep a smooth technical negotiation with customers for system specification

 Responsible to take care for system DFMEA and its link to subassembly level

 Leading detailed concept design of mechanical integration incl. driveline parts and invertor

 Review and be in charge of engineering deliverables quality from components level which complies according to signed specification and compliance matrix with customers

 Organization of system development and assignment of tasks to components development roles

 Be interface to customer for any issues during development and leading internal investigation to involve related roles

 Work closely with global R&D team in development

 Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required

 At least 5 years’ experience in electrical or hybrid powertrain development is required

 Deep knowledge of system development and concept design electrical or hybrid powertrain is required

 Experience to be as customer interface in EV project

 Good knowledge to utilize 3D CAD software

 Good cooperation, communication and organization capabilities

 Good written and spoken English is required
