In this ‘Techo/functional’ role, you will act as a liaison between the internal/external business partners and the IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet the organizational needs.

What you will do:

• Identify, develop, and implement solutions for various business initiatives that utilize various software applications such as Oracle FUSION (ERP, EPM, FDI), Wall Street Suite, IntelliMatch, and the downstream apps they connect with.
• Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
• Coordinate efforts for multiple projects at once with development, QA, UAT, infrastructure, finance, and operational teams.
• Assist and support end-user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Act as subject matter expert and provide best practices recommendations.
• Establish and maintain a close working relationship with business partners to understand business processes and proactively recommend solutions.
• Gather detailed business requirements and perform gap analyses, document functional/technical specification documents.
• Assist with identifying and documenting data and integration issues, and support integration work streams.
• Provide updates on project status, issues, risks, escalations, and change requests to leadership.

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology, Accounting, or Finance
• 6+ years of functional/technical experience as a Business Analyst, QA Analyst, Support Analyst, or Systems Analyst
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules, including GL, FA, AR, AP, Procurement, and Projects
• Experience as a 'senior' resource gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, and testing
• Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic, time management/organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
