We have an urgent requirement for bright a Senior System Administrator with minimum 6 years of experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and create Powershell scripts according to the needs of daily operation / routine jobs.
• Troubleshooting of production issues, provide expedited resolution and 7x24 support for mission-critical systems,
• Performance monitoring and tuning,
• Perform long-term planning for software upgrades and prepare annual capacity plans,
• Establish and maintain policies and procedures,
• Keeping infrastructure documentation up to date, reviewing and revising if necessary,
• Preparing as well as enforcing information security management system documentation
• Preparing tender documentation such as solution descriptions, high or low-level designs, technical BoQs.
• Support for IT issues not treated by EUSS (infrastructure/software related).
• Support the purchase and maintenance of IT equipment and services, in particular, give recommendations for the selection of technical solutions of hardware and software.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• BSc degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or similar academic disciplines
• Knowledge and experience on Hyper-V Virtualization Platform, Failover Cluster, Certification Authority, File Server, Print Server, Remote Desktop Services, Wsus, Volume Activation Services (KMS), Windows Deployment Services, Bitlocker,
• Knowledge and deep experience on Microsoft Exchange Server and O365/Hybrid environments,
• Knowledge and experience on Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, SC Virtual Machine Manager, SC Orchestrator,
• Microsoft Windows Patch Management via WSUS / SCCM,
• Knowledge of reporting and query tools and practices and create custom queries, reports via SCCM,
• Strong administration experience on Windows 2012/2016 server – Forest, Domain trust, AD, Client, DNS, WINS, DHCP, Group Policy, Distribution lists, Windows folder security, and IP filter.
• Expert level knowledge at Active Directory LDAP service, shell scripting, Certificate services (PKI), AD Site Topology - all under a multi-site multi-domain Windows 2012/2016 environment.
• Experince in designing and implementing Microsoft Clustering and load balancing.
• Experience administrating, configuring, troubleshooting IIS6, IIS7 and IIS8
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic; a team player who shows commitment and dedication to the job.
• Integrity, reliability, adaptability, confidence, open-mindedness, and promptness.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in ITIL concepts for Change Management and Configuration Management is a plus.
