Enpower Greentech Inc. (EGI) is a battery technology innovator focused on advancing high-silicon and lithium-metal chemistries. With over one million SWIFT cells produced in 2024, EGI supports cutting-edge applications in drones, electric mobility, and grid storage. Our global team spans the US, China, and Japan, and we are actively building secure, high-performance supply chains to bring all-solid-state batteries to market by 2026.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Manager to lead localization and logistics initiatives across our US-based battery programs. This role is critical to ensure robust, scalable, and FEOC-compliant (non-Foreign Entity of Concern) supply chains.

You will own supplier strategy, qualification efforts, PFEP implementation, and inbound/outbound logistics strategy, supporting both prototype and high-volume production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive localization of key materials by identifying, qualifying, and onboarding non-FEOC suppliers.
  • Partner with engineering to define specifications and test plans for new materials and suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed Plan for Every Part (PFEP), including part specifications, packaging, logistics flow, and inventory strategy.
  • Create and manage logistics plans for raw materials, subcomponents, and finished goods—including domestic transportation, import/export compliance, and warehousing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure supplier performance aligns with cost, quality, and delivery expectations.
  • Support engineering change processes and assess supply chain impacts across quality, finance, and operations.
  • Build risk mitigation strategies, including multi-sourcing and inventory buffers.
  • Lead supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for supplier quality, on-time delivery, and logistics efficiency.

Within 3 Months You Will:

  • Launch PFEP development for core battery materials.
  • Build the Swift localization qualification plan
  • Define logistics requirements and carriers for critical inbound materials.

Within 6 Months You Will:

  • Complete PFEP documentation for local Swift production.
  • Establish logistics processes and carrier relationships for prototype and production shipments.
  • Lead a cross-functional review of localization progress and logistics KPIs with senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • B.S. or M.S. in Supply Chain, Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
  • Strong understanding of supplier qualification and materials testing processes.
  • Familiarity with FEOC compliance and domestic sourcing trends in advanced manufacturing.
  • Experience developing and maintaining a Plan for Every Part (PFEP) in a production or NPI environment.
  • Knowledge of international and domestic logistics, including incoterms, customs, and freight coordination.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with supply chain planning and project management tools.

Perks & Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance through BCBS
  • 100% 401(k) match up to 5% of base salary
  • Flexible work schedule and remote work options
  • Opportunity to shape the future of US-based energy storage manufacturing

Physical Demands

  • Ability to sit and work at a desk for extended periods
  • Domestic travel to supplier and logistics partner sites as needed
