Job Description:

The Senior Superintendent will oversee large-scale data center projects, ensuring all field operations, safety protocols, and project schedules align with company and client expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead field operations for data center construction projects from start to finish
• Manage subcontractor coordination and ensure adherence to project timelines
• Implement and enforce quality control and safety programs
• Work closely with project managers and engineers to troubleshoot site challenges
• Ensure seamless integration of MEP and critical infrastructure systems

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of superintendent experience in data center environments, preferably greenfield, 100M+.
• Strong knowledge of critical power, HVAC, and structural systems
• Ability to travel full-time to project locations
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software
