Join a growing structural engineering consulting firm as a Senior Structural Engineer / Project Manager. In this senior leadership role, you’ll manage complex building projects from schematic design through construction.

This client-facing position blends technical expertise, project leadership, and mentorship responsibilities.

Our client delivers structural design, building evaluations, rehabilitation, and specialty services for commercial and residential buildings using wood, concrete, steel, and masonry. You’ll play a key role in project strategy, execution, and internal process development, while mentoring junior team members and deepening client relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead multi-phase projects from initial concept through construction completion.
• Develop and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Perform and review structural analysis and detailed design across a variety of materials.
• Oversee construction administration: site visits, shop drawing review, and field assessments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to internal design standards, workflows, and mentoring programs.
• Anticipate project challenges and implement proactive solutions.

What You’ll Bring:

• Master’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (required).
• 8+ years of experience in structural engineering and project management.
• Strong background in designing with wood, steel, concrete, and masonry.
• Proficiency with Revit, Excel, RISA, Enercalc, STAAD (training available if needed).
• Excellent written/verbal communication and client-facing skills.
• In-depth understanding of building codes, safety standards, and best practices.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration experience.
