Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in engineering design and project management, specializing in structural systems for buildings. This role will provide leadership in the design process and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design of structural systems for various projects including commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.
• Conduct structural analysis and design calculations to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to create integrated solutions.
• Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources while providing technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Evaluate and recommend materials and construction methods to optimize project outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering design and project management.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and structural analysis software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage project teams effectively.
