Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our team and lead multidisciplinary projects from concept to completion. You’ll mentor younger engineers, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure top-tier deliverables in fast-paced commercial and industrial builds.

What You'll Do:

• Lead structural project teams (5–10 members)
• Guide clients through each project phase with confidence and clarity
• Coordinate resources and oversee QA/QC for structural designs
• Conduct site visits and manage client relationships
• Collaborate across disciplines (MEP, Electrical, and Civil) to deliver results on time and on budget
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on projects
• Maintain revision control on drawings and follow company standards for an organized system of maintaining files
  
  

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of structural engineering experience
• PE license (required)
• Proficient with AutoCAD 2D and a working knowledge of Revit
• Proficient with RISA 3-D and Enercalc
• Ability to take a hand sketch and produce a detailed erection and fabrication drawing to create detailed designs with CAD software
• Ability to prepare, review and check engineering calculations and drawings
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with a team of designers and drafters in a team-based environment
• A knack for creative problem-solving and investigative thinking
• Willingness to travel to job sites
• Open to experience in commercial or industrial backgrounds
• Physically capable of performing physical tasks on a job site such as walking over rough and uneven terrain, climbing ladders and scaffolding, etc.
