💰 Remuneration: This role offers a competitive salary package of $100,000 - $130,000 incl. super, with an added incentive structure based on key skills, leadership potential, and contributions to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Design and deliver efficient, innovative, and cost-effective structural solutions.

✔Independently manage and oversee various commercial, residential, industrial and mixed-use developments from concept to completion.

✔Conduct structural analysis and design using tools like ETABS, SpaceGASS, Structural Toolkit, and Rapt.

✔Explore AI-driven workflows, predictive analytics, and generative design.

✔Assist in development of parametric models using Rhino + Grasshopper or Dynamo for Revit.

✔Assist with BIM integration, digital twins, and real-time data applications.

✔Collaborate with leadership to develop business growth strategies.

✔Maintain strong client relationships and mentor junior engineers.

Who We’re Looking For:

Essential Skills & Experience

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.

✔ 4-8 years of structural engineering experience working across concrete, steel and timber structures, ranging from new builds to additions and alterations.

✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

✔ Ability to think critically, strategically and identify ways to improve efficiency.

✔ Strong knowledge of design codes and standards (AS/NZS, Eurocodes, ACI).

✔ Proficiency in structural design software (ETABS, SpaceGASS, Structural Toolkit, and Rapt).

✔ Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.

Bonus Skills (Technology & Innovation)

✅ Passion for leadership, business strategy, and driving innovation.

✅ Experience with parametric modeling (Rhino + Grasshopper, Dynamo).

✅ Basic knowledge of Python for automation & AI integration.

✅ Interest in machine learning, predictive modeling, and optimization.
