OLG Recruitment are currently looking for aSenior Structural Design Engineer for our client located in Scunthorpe. This is a full-time contract position.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

• Perform structural Engineering assessments for new and existing steel structures (industrial).
• Produce Design documents, including drawings, reports and surveys.
• Act as the Technical Lead on projects as and when required.
• Undertake analysis and design using appropriate calculations and software packages such as AutoCAD, Solidworks
• Liaise with clients and employees to ensure progress against the design deliverables.
• Effectively manage your own time to complete all work(s) ongoing.
  
  

Functional Competencies

• To demonstrate responsibility for your own safety and the safety of others around you
• To demonstrate the reporting of any issues, incidents, near misses and good practices through safety management
• Clean and full UK Driving Licence
  
  

Experience

• A degree in Structural Engineering
• Previous work (min 5 years) or work in a relatable field.
