Who We Are Looking For

As Senior Strategist you will play a crucial role within the team, leading the development and execution of various strategic initiatives. This role requires strong analytical and story-telling skills, with the ability to translate complex data and research into actionable insights and compelling strategic recommendations.

The Senior Strategist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - including client services, creative, and analytics - to design, optimize, brief and test marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate is equal parts detective and artist: innately curious, detailed and data-driven, with the imagination to spot meaningful insights and opportunities and transform them into customer-centric marketing communications that fuel business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with clients at the outset of an assignment to define (or refine) the right opportunity and the right problem to solve.
  • Develop communications strategies and plans across the customer lifecycle, including lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analyses to identify whitespace opportunities.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and industry data to inform messaging and channel recommendations.
  • Collaborate with analysts and data scientists to mine insights from user- and campaign-level data.
  • Develop and present compelling presentations and proposals to clients, effectively communicating strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years in brand strategy/communications planning, marketing consulting or advertising having worked across complex, fast-paced businesses.
  • Previous customer journey work in digital is a must with telco experience a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong experience working alongside analysts and/or data scientists, analyzing and synthesizing various types of data into compelling insights, recommendations and test plans.
  • Experience working in a progressive, creative- and data-driven agency environment that has embraced digitally-led thinking, customer-centric strategy and design principles as part of the core creative process.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
