We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Storage & Backup Administrator to join our team on behalf of a major client in the telecommunications industry

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SAN environments and ensure optimal system performance.
• Handle storage virtualization, performance tuning, and configuration tasks.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot backup infrastructures.
• Work with key storage protocols and hardware: iSCSI, Fibre Channel, CIFS, and NFS.
• Monitor system usage and implement capacity optimization strategies.
• Review and participate in the design of storage architecture solutions.
• Support disaster recovery planning and backup operations.
• Participate in planning and execution of storage network management methodologies.

✅ Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Storage Administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with storage systems and backup environments (e.g., FlashSystem, Storwize, DS series).
• AIX knowledge is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of storage protocols, network file systems, and routing principles.
• Familiarity with disaster recovery tools and backup planning.
• Skilled in analyzing system reports and capacity planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
