Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Statistical Programmer, located in Bengaluru. The Senior Statistical Programmer will be responsible for developing and validating statistical programs, generating datasets, tables, listings, and figures, and ensuring data integrity and quality. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, adhere to project timelines, and provide support for regulatory submissions and clinical studies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SAS programming and other statistical software
• Experience with clinical trials, CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM), and regulatory submissions
• Strong understanding of data management processes, data integration, and data quality assurance
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is a plus
• 3 Years of R programming experience required
