Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Sous Chef specializing in Continental cuisine to lead our culinary team. Managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, creativity in menu development, and maintaining hygiene and cost controls.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the kitchen team in preparing and presenting top-quality Continental dishes.
Collaborate on seasonal menu design aligned with our craft beer offerings.
Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
Supervise kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination.
Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Requirements:
