About The Role
Being part of the Solutions team, we work with our users and partners to develop and implement the technical solutions they need to leverage new forms of financial products. More generally, as a Solutions Engineer working at Chainlink Labs, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to execute cutting-edge solutions to real-world problems in the web3 space. You will be given a high level of autonomy/ownership over your projects, the opportunity to expand your scope of knowledge, and the chance to help build the decentralised infrastructure of the future
Your Impact
- Own the program management and execution of user-critical technical designs through both our standalone products (e.g. POR feed builds, Streams deployment, CCIP token migration) and/or CRE workflow builds to bring our highest value users on-chain through our platform
- Make significant contributions to reusable modules and solution accelerators
- You will help define a set of effective processes and practices for the consistent and efficient delivery of high-quality Chainlink-based solutions
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience working in a technical role, preferably Sales Engineering or Engineering
- Broad understanding of distributed systems and DLT with a strong focus on EVM-based blockchains
- Hands-on experience in Smart Contract Development (in Solidity) and interfacing with Blockchain-based technologies (e.g., dApps)
- Development experience in a strongly typed language (preferably Golang or TypeScript)
- Passion to learn about Web3 and enabling Financial institutions to adopt blockchain
- Exposure to running and supporting services in production
- Experience with cloud-based deployments, including virtualization and containerization
- Experience with adjacent technologies such as messaging systems, databases, etc.
- Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and finding new solutions
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal
- Client-facing experience
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with DeFi protocols
- Understanding of Rust, Move or other non-EVM-based coding languages
- Hands-on experience in building UIs and responsive web applications
