About the role

The role is Lead Solution Architect AI for a long term project.

• Provide a technical solution direction that bridges the gap between the AI components, existing services, and end-user interaction.
• Work iteratively: you support the team in making choices that both enable experimentation and align with broader architectural principles within the client.
• You have experience with AI applications in production environments and know how to responsibly design components such as language models, dialogs, and data integration.
• Develop reference solution architecture for AI Agent. Let it evolve with the technological evolutions in the field of AI agents.
• Align this solution architecture with the Enterprise Reference Architecture
• Collaborate and coordinate with several architects.
• Monitor this reference solution architecture in a flexible way: ICT partners will also make proposals for solution and/or technical architecture
• Close cooperation with ICT partners who will build Digital Assistant
• Validate choices made by ICT partners
• Determine and monitor non-functional requirements
• Monitor the future orientation of the solution

Who you are

You have minimum 5 years experience as Lead Solution Architect and a proven track record of at least 10 years in IT within large organizations :

• GenAI architecture experience must have
• Modeling according to market standards (pragmatic approach) must have
• Solution architecture in Cloud environment
• Experience in similar projects, preferably digital assistant or GenAI chatbot with broad external target audience
• Working in projects with multiple ICT partners, and particularly in aligning the solution within larger picture.
• GenAI architectures, solutions and technologies: LLM, RAG, Graph RAG, prompting, pipelines, model fine tuning, multi-agent solutions
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data security
• Both low-code and pro-code solutions and frameworks

• Fluent in Dutch, + English
• Location: Brussels center
• You are based in Belgium
