Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Software Testing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in software testing, with at least 1 year of experience in telecommunications projects, specifically in BSS (Business Support Systems) and OSS (Operational Support Systems) testing. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and performance of our telecommunications solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) team for CRM Project at Telecom Egypt.
• Test OSS Order Management Projects and facilitate the migration from the CPE inventory system to BSS.
• Conduct comprehensive BSS & OSS testing, including E-Shop front-end and back-end testing.
• Execute system test cases, meticulously record results, and ensure all testing is conducted according to established protocols.
• Analyze and log issues clearly and track them until resolution, ensuring effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Review ATP (Acceptance Test Plan) and validate customer comments and requests on ATP cases.
• Perform SOAIF (Service-Oriented Architecture Interface Framework) APIs testing and track interface issues.
• Support IOT (Internet of Things) and E2E (End-to-End) testing phases to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

Key Requirements:

- 4-5 years of experience as a software testing engineer.

- At least 1 year of experience in telecommunications projects, specifically in BSS & OSS testing.

- Proficiency in International, BSCS, prepaid, postpaid, IN, PCRF, USSD, IVR, CVM Billing, Charging, CDR, and RAM.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to log and track issues effectively.

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality assurance.
