Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA methodologies, hands-on experience with POS systems (especially CS2000), and familiarity with e-commerce platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and user experience of our systems across retail and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and cases for both POS and e-commerce systems.
• Lead manual and automated testing efforts across multiple projects and environments.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other QA engineers to ensure feature completeness and high quality.
• Perform regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Validate functionality, data accuracy, performance, and security.
• Monitor, track, and report on defect status and test progress using tools like JIRA, TestRail, etc.
• Ensure that all software releases meet quality standards prior to deployment.
• Act as a QA lead on key initiatives, mentoring junior team members and sharing best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software QA with at least 2 years working with POS systems (preferably CS2000).
• Solid experience in e-commerce QA including checkout flows, payment processing, inventory management, and user experience testing.
• Familiar with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman, or similar).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficient in SQL and data validation.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
