One of our brand, “ATM Bersama” is the pioneer of the first and largest electronic payment system service in Indonesia, which has been connected with more than 90 member financial institutions, both Banks and Non-Banks (Fintech, etc) in Indonesia. To strengthen our technology team, we are seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance professional who is not only passionate about testing but also skilled in performing code reviews to ensure high software quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies and test plans.
• Design and execute manual and automated tests to ensure the software meets business and technical requirements.
• Review and analyze source code to identify potential bugs, security risks, and quality issues.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Lead and mentor junior QA engineers to promote best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
• Create detailed and clear defect reports and ensure thorough follow-up and resolution.
• Ensure adherence to QA standards, methodologies, and best practices across all projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with code review, including knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Proficiency with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar).
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins, Git, and Docker is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.
• ISTQB Certification or equivalent is a plus.
