We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join Vaisala, located at Vantaa, Finland

What's your role?
- Develop software for different real time operating systems.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues to provide seamless user experiences.
- Apply your soft skills through working closely with colleagues and stakeholders.
- You will report to the Development Manager.
What will you bring?
- Proficiency in modern software development methodologies, and emphasis on writing clean code.
- Mindset of a true software generalist.
- Demonstrated experience and adaptability in working with existing legacy codebases.
- Familiarity and enthusiasm for Agile software development practices.
- Proactive "getting things done" attitude with a commitment to problem-solving.
- Aptitude for unraveling complex implementations and implementing changes to streamline processes and reduce complexity.
- Strong proficiency in C and C++ programming language.
- Experience in working with Zephyr RTOS.
- Understanding of Linux concepts.
- Excellent communication skills in English for effective collaboration and clear exchanges within the team.
