Description: Lead teams to perform automated and manual testing of software applications using Quality Center, Load Runner, Quick Test Pro, Selenium, Test Partner. Plan and coordinate all testing activities, including test plans, strategy, STLC/QALC &, RTM under Agile Environment. Perform functional, system performance, white box and integration testing. Prepare automated Test Scripts by using TSL/VB Script/Java Script. Initiate and conduct meeting with customers to understand functionality to define testing strategy, QA Methodology. Responsible for testing deliverables. Train and guide team on testing standards and procedures. Requirements: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any branch), Computer Information Systems, or a related field and one year of relevant progressive software automated and manual testing experience.
