A fast-growing tech company is seeking a Software Engineer Manager to lead and scale Web Full Stack teams, directly impacting business growth and technology strategy. Managing two Tech Leads and developers (up to 10 engineers), you'll drive complex system development, architectural decisions, and team expansion. Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor Tech Leads & developers, fostering technical excellence.

Oversee development including code reviews of scalable Web systems using Python, React, TypeScript, and APIs.

Own architecture, performance, and code quality.

Collaborate with product & business leaders to align development with strategy.

Solve complex technical challenges and drive execution.

Requirements:
