Role: Staff Backend Engineer
Location: Hybrid in San Francisco (4 days/week)
Salary: Up to $260K base + equity

In this role, you will:
✅ Lead the design and architecture of critical backend systems
✅ Work hands-on with complex, high-scale financial systems
