Whether it's anticipating delays, assessing performance, or improving the customer experience, the platform leverages a solid tech and AI backbone to deliver predictive and intuitive results. Following a successful fundraising round, the company is expanding its Dev team and hiring experienced developers.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Within a team of 20, you will contribute to the development of new features for the platform.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with your 4-person squad on product and app development
• Managing technical projects and helping developing new features on the SaaS, with a focus on Ruby on Rails (and React)
• Implementing best practices
• Participating in the design and deployment of the technical roadmap

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate should meet as many of the following points as possible:

• Hold a degree in engineering or equivalent (Bac +5)
• Have professional experience with RoR
• Startup mindset
• Be a good communicator, with a professional level of English
• Fluent French
