We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with expertise in React.js and Node.js to join a leading financial services organization based in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to work on mission-critical applications in a fast-paced, regulated environment. The initial contract is for 12 months with strong potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using React.js (front end) and Node.js (back end).
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions, contributing best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with a strong emphasis on performance and security.
• Work on automation testing frameworks and contribute to building robust test coverage.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a proactive and analytical mindset.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development using React.js and Node.js.
• Proficient in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Experience with any automation testing framework (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, etc.).
• Experience in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD practices.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and development best practices.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Playwright or similar modern end-to-end testing tools.
• Background in financial services (FinTech, banking, insurance, or payments).

Contract Details:

• Duration: 12 months (extendable based on performance and project needs)
• Location: Onsite in Dubai, UAE
