Recruitment Process: 2 stages

Tasks:

1. Development and Implementation: Design, code, test, and deploy AI-based tools and applications using contemporary technologies. Ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable code.
2. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with sales, distribution, and operations teams to gather requirements, understand challenges, and provide tailored solutions. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
3. AI Integration: Integrate generative AI algorithms and models into software products to enhance functionality and user experience. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
4. System Maintenance: Maintain and improve existing software systems by identifying and fixing bugs, optimizing performance, and implementing new features based on user feedback.
5. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development activities, ensuring that future modifications and maintenance can be conducted efficiently.
6. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular testing and code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and reliability in all software products.
7. Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the developed tools. Gather feedback to continuously improve the products.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
2. Courses or certifications in AI, machine learning, or data science are highly desirable.
3. 8-10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on building AI-based applications.
4. Proficiency in full stack development, or specialization in frontend technologies (React) or backend frameworks (Python, Django).
5. Experience working with cross-functional teams and integrating AI solutions into business processes.
