We are seeking to add a talented Senior Software Engineer to our growing Design-Build, Branded Environments, Technology Solutions, and Consulting Company in our Pittsburgh, PA office.

Objectives of this Role

This position will contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of PWCampbell's proprietary digital signage platform, BrandVisionHD, with a focus on performance, reliability and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain code for our digital signage platform, BrandVisionHD
• Contribute across the full development lifecycle: plan, build, release, support, and refine
• Own and improve the systems and processes that keep our platform stable and reliable
• Document your architecture and decisions clearly - for your teammates and your future self
• Collaborate with support team to tackle technical issues when they come up
• Be an active part of our engineering culture:
• Share knowledge, challenge ideas, and have fun doing it
• Lead by example with clean, thoughtful code and good engineering habits
• Mentor others through code reviews and discussion
• Strive to continuously improve your skillset
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science or similar)
• Strong sense of ownership and pride in what you build
• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset - we're a small, tight-knit team where everyone has an impact
