Job summary 

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Out-Systems Engineer to take charge of developing and managing our Out-Systems applications. You’ll lead technical design, bring innovative ideas to our software solutions, and ensure our projects run smoothly from concept through to delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy applications on the Out-Systems platform, ensuring scalable and high-performance code.
• Collaborate closely with business and tech teams to translate business needs into seamless digital solutions.
• Review and optimize existing code, troubleshooting to maintain system efficiency and integrity.
• Manage integrations with other systems, adapting Out-Systems capabilities as needed.
• Mentor junior developers, guiding them to develop best practices in Out-Systems development.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in Out-Systems, including project leadership and system integration.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile development, REST APIs, and database concepts.
• Problem-solving mindset, with an ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
