We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who brings strong C++ skills and experience working at the intersection of hardware and software—whether that’s embedded systems, simulation environments, or real-time graphical interfaces.

🛠 What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop real-time C++ applications for simulation and training environments.
• Work hands-on with hardware-integrated systems to build responsive, interactive experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, artists, and UX teams to develop interfaces and gameplay-like mechanics.
• Debug across multiple platforms, optimize performance, and ensure seamless hardware/software communication.
• Participate in code reviews, and help improve processes, tools, and product performance.
• Leverage your knowledge of OpenGL, Linux, and Python scripting to enhance modular tools and systems.
• Tackle cutting-edge problems with real-world defense and aerospace impact
• Work alongside a passionate team of engineers and developers who live and breathe tech

What You Bring:

• 4+ years professional C++ development experience (real-time or performance-focused preferred)
• Strong background working with embedded systems, simulators, or hardware-connected software
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Solid understanding of system architecture, memory management, and device interaction
• Bonus points for: JavaScript, OpenGL, Linux experience, or any DoD modeling/simulation exposure
