As part of this strategy, Commerzbank continues the expansion of its Digital Technology Center in Sofia, Bulgaria. We need motivated people who will join us on this journey, and we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (.NET) in our International Business Solutions division.
International Business Solutions supports our business colleagues to serve clients, provide stable IT-Systems and processes and act as advocate for the digital transformation of our clients’ needs. IBSol maintains and supports local solutions to comply with banking regulations and markets.
Your responsibilities would consist of:
- Enhancing and maintaining web-based applications and frontends for corporate banking products and services of the branch;
- Integrating central head-office systems from Commerzbank central IT landscape to realize the functionality of the local application;
- Developing and supporting solutions for business requirements and business data objects of the banking functionalities and processes in collaboration with business experts and other developers in the team;
- Supporting incident resolution and bug fixing;
- Working in an agile team setup;
- Other tasks, related to the job.
The skills and experience we would like you to have:
- Previous professional experience with C# .NET Framework 4.8 , .NET Core 3.1, .NET Core 5;
- Knowledge in Razor + MVC, HTML 5 , Bootstrap;
- Familiarity with ASP.NET, WEB Forms & asmx Web services, as well as Relational database and (Oracle, MS SQL);
- Experience in development of Web Services REST/SOAP/XML/WSDL/WEB API;
- Good analytic thinking with attention to details to solve problems;
- High flexibility and adaptability to fast-changing environment;
- Fluency in English;
- University degree in IT or relevant.
