The Senior Software Engineer will contribute across the full development lifecycle, working closely with product and DevOps specialists to design and deploy resilient, testable systems in a collaborative, no-silos environment.

Within the role, you will:

– Build scalable, testable Python services with strong code quality

– Work hands-on with AWS infrastructure and Terraform for IaC

– Design, scope, and plan technical features alongside engineers and data scientists

– Champion testing culture using PyTest, Selenium, and other automation tools

– Support junior developers with mentoring and knowledge sharing

You Will Need:

– Advanced Python experience, with strong exposure to production systems

– AWS fluency and confidence deploying via Terraform

– Familiarity with agile planning tools like JIRA and cross-functional collaboration

– Experience with structured engineering teams, ideally in a product-led setting - this is a real must have
