Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Developer at Repli AI. The Senior Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions, collaborating with the team on project requirements, and assisting with testing and troubleshooting. Some remote work is acceptable, but the role is primarily located in Melbourne, VIC.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement clean, scalable solution architecture
• Develop and maintain our AI-powered customer service platform
• Write clean, efficient code following best practices and team standards
• Lead feature implementation and bug fixes
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to technical documentation
• Apply advanced machine learning and natural language processing concepts
• Collaborate with our partner AI specialist dev agency in Australia
• Ability to lead a team of developers in the future

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Python and C#
• Proficiency in ASP.NET
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server via Entity Framework Core
• Experience designing REST/gRPC APIs
• Experience with Azure Cloud
• Proficiency in frontend technologies: React/Next.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI and machine learning, particularly in natural language processing
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies
• Previous experience in e-commerce or CRM platforms
