Join our client’s team as a Senior Siebel Software Engineer, where you will play a critical role in enhancing their Case and Information Management systems. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in Siebel development while contributing to vital projects aimed at aligning current applications with statutory requirements.


The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing Siebel configurations, workflows, scripting, and business services.
  • Investigating and resolving technical issues while providing solutions to the project team.
  • Collaborating with business analysts to clarify functional specifications and requirements.
  • Ensuring adherence to Siebel section standards, including design, development, and unit testing protocols.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation and ensuring its proper storage in the department’s systems.
  • Estimating development efforts for new and existing applications, contributing to ongoing performance improvements and Siebel enhancements.
  • Conducting code reviews and quality assurance tasks to uphold project standards.
  • Liaising with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to facilitate smooth project execution.


You will also play a pivotal role in transferring skills and knowledge to departmental staff, ensuring all deliverables meet specified timelines and assessment criteria. This position requires a strong grasp of Siebel tools, workflows, and configurations, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Our client is looking for candidates with:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Siebel development (IP17 onwards).
  • Proficiency in software development methodologies such as Agile; experience with version control systems.
  • Technical knowledge in areas such as RestAPI, Web Services, MQ, Javascript, BIP Reporting, or Open UI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with complex programming and debugging capabilities.


This role offers a hybrid work arrangement post onboarding, with a full-time requirement on-site for the initial 3 months to better understand the department’s ICT landscape and project objectives. Flexibility is available thereafter, subject to departmental needs and guidelines.
