Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (React + .NET + SQL Server)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in React.js, .NET and SQL Server to lead the development of complex applications, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical excellence. You will architect scalable solutions, optimize performance, and ensure best practices across the stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of React.js frontends and .NET Core backend services.
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and secure full-stack solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to enforce best practices.
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive adoption of modern tools and practices (e.g., microservices, CI/CD, cloud-native development).
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve the tech stack.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Front-End:
• Expert-level proficiency in React.js (advanced state management, performance tuning).
• Mastery of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library).
• Back-End:
• Extensive experience with .NET Core/.NET 6+, C#, and API design.
• Deep knowledge of Entity Framework Core, Dapper, or similar ORMs.
• Expertise in authentication/authorization (OAuth2, OpenID Connect).
• General:
• Proficient with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of microservices, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• 3+ years of professional experience with React + .NET + SQL Server.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Leadership experience in tech lead or architecture roles.
• Knowledge of serverless architectures (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda).
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) or Clean Architecture.
• Experience with GraphQL, gRPC, or SignalR.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/master’s in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of full-stack development (React + .NET + SQL Server)
