About Ahedge

Ahedge, is a fintech startup incorporated in 2023 offering technology enabled services in Risk Management. Ahedge is building its service suite along three pillars - solutions, people, and knowledge. In solutions, leading technology tools are being aggregated to offer multiple choices to our clients on a single platform without making significant efforts for integration and adoption. In people services, our platform will offer automation for staffing and skilling to optimize productivity and cost. In knowledge services, a panel of experts curated by Ahedge will offer advisory support to the clients across multiple areas in risk management and adjacent domains.

We have raised a seed fund from angel investors in September 2023 to fuel our initial growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand business/product requirements
• Design technology platform end-to-end based on the requirements
• Break down the design to development tasks and deliver in sprints
• Troubleshoot/resolve issues related to the code or design
• Quickly adapt to new technologies
• Anticipate potential problems and create processes to prevent them
• Set up CI/CD

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 6+ years’ experience in software development and platform architecture
• Good knowledge on OOPS concepts and design patterns
• Sound knowledge and experience of Go, Python, Javascript and other modern languages
• Experience working with microservices.
• Knowledge/experience with automating, testing, and deployments 
• Knowledge of cloud architecture, particularly AWS and Azure
• Understanding of database designs
