Position: Senior Software Engineer

Position Summary:

A full-time, on-site role for an experienced Senior Software Engineer responsible for the full software development lifecycle - designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications - while working with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead and mentor team members across the SDLC.

·        Build full-stack solutions using the MERN stack, TypeScript, AWS, AI, and Twilio.

·        Develop intelligent features using AI/ML techniques.

·        Manage real-time communication using sockets and databases like MongoDB/SQL.

·        Use Git for version control and build reusable modules.

·        Guide team development, project execution, and operational workflow.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.

·        5+ years of experience in software development.

·        Strong in NodeJS, TypeScript, testing, and Git.

·        Familiarity with NestJS, Microservices, Docker, and CMS is a plus.

·        Proficient in React/NextJS, REST APIs, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

·        Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
